Cleanup, Inc. offered a nationwide environmental information portal (Earth911) and a lost/found pet and pet adoption information portal (Pets911) at the time I worked there. I led the redesign of both sites in 2001-2002, increasing traffic from 200K to over 500K visits per month, within 3 months of the redesigns being complete. I was also responsible for Internet Marketing efforts, achieving top-three status for several keywords in top Search Engines. I implemented PMO methodology in the company and restructured the IT Team, cutting operating costs by 40%, while maintaining productivity.
